UltraStor storage wants its clients to know how the storage process works, so they can have an amazing self-storage experience. Here are answers to some of our most commonly asked questions!

Do you have heated and unheated units?

Yes. All of our units are heated.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

What is the difference between office hours and access hours?

During access hours, our clients can use their gate code to access their storage unit. During office hours, our certified storage consultants are available to provide in-person customer services, like responding to questions, accepting rental payments, selling supplies, and other duties.

Is there power in your units?

No. For the safety and security of all our customers, there are no power outlets in standard units.

What is the height of the ceilings?

They are generally 8 feet.

What happens if I don’t pay my rent on time?

Rent is always due in advance. Late fees and penalties will be incurred as per the agreement. Upon signing the Use Agreement, all terms and conditions will be fully explained.

What if I have a question that wasn’t answered in your FAQ?
